The frog-like fish — which has a swirl of tan and peach zebra stripes that extend from its aqua eyes to its tail — was initially discovered by scuba divers working as guides for a tour operator a year ago in shallow waters off Ambon island in eastern Indonesia. The operator contacted Ted Pietsch, lead author of a paper published in this February's edition of Copeia, the journal of the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists, which identified it as a new species

كانت دائما ما تذهب بعيدا عن الآخرين كان بداخلها شئ ما يدفعها الى الابتعاد والتحليق فى كل مكان حيث تشعربحريتها وترى ما لم تراه من قبل ........مع اقتناعها انها مجرد نحلة لها مهمة محدده ويجب ان ترجع سريعا الى خليتها ولكن كانت الاماكن الجديده والاضواء الغريبة تجذبها بقوة كأنها فى حلم جميل تطير بلا جاذبية حتى جاء ذلك اليوم الذى شدها ضوء جميل لم تستطيع مقاومته فذهبت إليه مسرعه وكلما اقتربت كان النور يلمع اكثر فاكثر وشعورها الجميل بالاتحاد به يزداد حتى دخلت الى غرفه عبرالنافذه واصبحت على بعد سنتيمترات منه وعندها توقفت لحظه استعداد لحظه احست بأن الكون خلى من كل شئ إلا منها وهذا الضوء الذى كان يجذبها أكثر من أى شئ رأته لم تكن تفكر فيما ستفعله ولكن كل ما اردته هو النور ذهبت بقوه نحوه وكأنها اخر مرة تحلق......ولكن فجأه اذ بها تصطدم بالاطار الزجاجى لمصباح كهربي ظنت ان عليها المحاوله بقوة فحاولت مرة ثانية وثالثة ومرات اخرى لكن لم يحدث شئ حتى انهكها الاصطدام وحرارة المصباح فسقطت على الأرض ناظرة الى الضوء نظرة رجاء ان يأتى هو اليها ولكن اذ بها تغرق فى الظلمه رويدا رويدا‏ فقد دهسها شخص ما بقدمه فتموت ويذهب عنها كل النور الى الأبد.....
